Summary: The staff were top notch. They went with our banter and seemed sooo down to earth. The guy on the night watch was brilliant and so funny. We got a free upgrade to a suit which was awesome!! Only slight issues were we weren’t informed about check out time which obviously we checked after and weren’t told about no air conditioning in the room which made it incredibly hot and sticky. Appreciate the portable air con unit but this wasn’t enough unfortunately and made sleeping a bit uncomfortable

Summary: Lovely place, room was clean and spacious. Bar/restaurant was modern and nice to enjoy. Breakfast was delicious. Well connected to Co-op arena using tram line or the city walk. Parking easy just behind the hotel, £13 for 24hrs so quite good these days! Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Reception staff are excellent. 2nd time we have stayed and both times the rooms had either not been cleaned or a lot of noise coming from the room next door but the reception staff sorted both times straight away and moved us. Great location for central Manchester/ Piccadilly. Property is a little dated in the public areas and lift is really slow. Nice bar within the hotel. Bedrooms are great - very large bed and walk in shower.👍

Summary: Reception staff very friendly, bar staff non existing, went to the bar 2 times for a drink and nobody was there, my key room stop working after first night 😅
